Although we do some unique tacos that we think are outstanding, we endlessly strive to stick to the basics of Oaxacan food.
We never buy/resell anything premade. We make our own Mole…it takes forever.
We braise our own meats and proteins, maintaining the process that makes these taste so damn good….
Even our chips and salsas are made daily….fresh. The way they’re supposed to be made.
